Role Responsibilities
- Proactively analyzes variances to Champion process improvements, best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization as it pertains to data integration capabilities.
- Sound knowledge of fundamental data concepts, practices and procedures of specific domains and technologies. Define, analyze and implement structured Data Models through having high levels of experience in multiple programming languages. Maintains databases, cleansing and validating data as needed and develops database logic to extract required information for reporting. Creates and distributes both routine and complex ad-hoc reports.
- Regularly provides direction to less experienced team members, reviews the work of less experienced team members and acts as lead on data mining and reporting projects. Continuously monitors, identifies and implements the best practices, new tools and methods.
- Aligns multiple organizations around difficult or complex data solutions and issues. Applies understanding and hands on experience in industry standards and tools Collaborates with leaders from teams and business units. Provides recommendations to senior management on strategic issues.
- Provide significant contribution as it relates to the creation and ongoing maturity of the Data Strategy Roadmap and executes to organizational goals and objectives.
- Analyzes, designs, develops and implements data models inline with Advanced Analytics requirements and to execute to the Data Vision and Strategy Roadmap.

Essential Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience in developing and Executing against a defined Data Strategy at the Enterprise Level.
- 8+ years experience with SDLC and understanding and executing the end to end software deployment process. Can demonstrate how to structure and apply a systematic approach to implementing software solutions in a business environment.
- 8+ years of experience in the following technical skills
- Proficiency in Python, Informatica, MySQL, Postgres
- Experience with JSON and API development (REST, GraphQL)
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) including EC2, ECS, S3, Code Deploy, Load Balancing, and Lambda functions.
- 8+ years of experience understanding the full Continuous Integration(CI) and / Continuous Delivery (CD) process and framework.
- Broad understanding across Business Intelligence Toolsets E.g. Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, ThoughtSpot, Qlik.
- Ability to collaborate and work in a geographically-dispersed team.
Desirable Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience in working with Security data across a broad spectrum of Security domains and has strong Financial and Business Acumen skills.
- Experience in working sometimes in a pressured environment with short turnaround times.
- Flexibility to work across multiple time-zones
