Job Description:

Work with Engineering and other internal Podium stakeholders to discover insights and identify business opportunities through use of algorithmic knowledge, statistical analysis, data mining, data visualization, and data modeling techniques; design A/B multivariate experiments to measure the impact of product feature changes and analyze data performance; report on data analysis projects to Product Managers, VPs, and Data Engineers to synthesize data insights.

Create automated processes to implement, document, validate, and monitor the company’s logging and metrics; responsible for measuring the impact of product features and experiments, building dashboards to monitor product health, and deriving user behavior insights that inform product development roadmap and strategy to unlock the next stage of the company’s growth; create a real-time dashboard to provide metrics through data retrieving, data cleaning and data analysis using SQL, and automate the process by crafting dependable data pipelines; analyze data to find actionable insights; make product recommendations through funnels, cohort analyses, long-term trends, user segmentation, regression models, classification and more using Python or R; identify important product questions and translate into actionable data science projects to prioritize; research, design, implement, and deploy full-stack scalable data analytics vision and machine learning solutions to find solutions to business issues; write production level SQL, Python, and R code for data analysis; and work with machine learning libraries such as XGboost, OpenCV, Scikit-learn, NLTK, TensorFlow, and PySurvival.

• Expreience with Utilization of frequentist and Bayesian statistics
• Expreience with Time-series forecasting
• Expreience with Facebook Prophet, ARIMA, SARIMA
• Expreience with Machine learning data analysis
• Expreience with XGBoost
• Expreience with Git

Work Location:           1650 W Digital Drive, Lehi, Utah 84043

Hours of work:            Usually 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday
