This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Data Scientist - REMOTE. In this role, you will join a team of exceptional data scientists to drive the AI-first strategy and execution within a new division. You'll have the opportunity to partner directly with leadership across multiple domains including Product, Engineering, and Design. Your contributions will significantly shape the product roadmap and create a data-informed culture that enhances the impact of AI/ML initiatives.
Accountabilities
Partner with Product Engineers and Data Engineers to build reliable, efficient, and scalable data foundations, tools, and processes to drive AI/ML capabilities’ growth.Leverage data-driven insights to identify impactful opportunities and influence product roadmaps and strategies.Perform exploratory analysis to understand user workflows and engagement patterns on AI features, design experiments, and propose hypotheses.Translate complex data insights into business recommendations using strong verbal and written communication skills.Prioritize opportunities ruthlessly for the area of ownership and contribute to a culture of strong technical ownership.Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Design, and senior executives to execute rapidly.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline: Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.7+ years of experience using data-driven analysis to influence product roadmaps and business decisions.Proven ability to work independently and drive measurable business impact with minimal direction.Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming/scripting languages.Deep understanding of statistical analysis and analytical techniques such as regression and decision trees.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Benefits
