Senior Delivery Management Specialist

• Understand revenue risks and be able to communicate risk & recovery actions
• Develop and Drive planning for material allocation decisions
• Proactively communicate any constraints to Supply Chain leadership and Sales for sales orders large forecasted orders general forecast and safety stocks
• Predict future delinquent backlog to identify actions to help drive improved FSSD performance
• Plan and ensure proper tradeoffs between ocean and air deliveries
• Use data analytics to ensure efficient decision making
• Collaborate with Supply Planning and Product teams to resolve issues for long lead-time discontinued or problem products

Additional Qualified Skills:

• Planning Distribution Planning Operations Manufacturing Warehouse Transportation or similar operational experience or employment within MSI.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP system and G-suite applications a plus.
• Availability to accommodate US working hours

Target Base Salary Range: $80000 - $125000

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge skills and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

• Bachelors Degree in Business Engineering or Supply Chain or similar

• 3+ years work experience related to Material Planning Supply Planning or Demand
