This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned DevOps professional to drive the design, automation, and scalability of modern infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments. You will play a key role in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, enabling engineering teams to deliver faster and more reliably. Working within a collaborative Agile environment, you’ll contribute to high-impact platform improvements, system resilience, and deployment efficiency. The role also involves mentoring team members and shaping best practices across DevOps processes. Accountabilities:
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure to support efficient software delivery
- Design and implement infrastructure-as-code and configuration management solutions using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar
- Automate build, deployment, and provisioning processes across cloud and on-premise environments
- Develop and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
- Establish and optimize monitoring, alerting, and observability strategies to ensure system reliability and performance
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and operations teams to streamline development workflows and deployment processes
- Lead troubleshooting efforts, resolve complex infrastructure issues, and enhance system resilience and security
- Mentor junior engineers, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the DevOps function
- 4–5+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles with strong exposure to CI/CD environments
- Proven expertise in scripting and programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, Ruby, or similar
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Puppet)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including associated services and architecture
- Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, or equivalent
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Kibana, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and networking fundamentals
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and collaborate effectively across technical teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience); certifications are a plus
