Senior Digital Advertising Specialist

Position Description

The Senior Digital Advertising Specialist is an integral member of the Marketing team responsible for managing advertising campaigns aimed and new member acquisition. The Senior Digital Advertising Specialist will manage the analytics and reporting of our digital advertising efforts. They will work closely with market operations, the website and SEO specialist, the data team and product teams, and select outside vendors to to achieve new member acquisition.

Responsibilities 

• Ongoing management of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, Google search, display and YouTube, Programmatic, etc.) including campaign implementation, budget management, performance review, ongoing optimizations, A/B testing, and reporting.
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Manage annual advertising budget and strategy to optimize member acquisition. 
• Monitor and Analyze campaign performance data utilizing various marketing platforms, primarily Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Datorama, and in partnership with the data team.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and actionable insights and make recommendations as appropriate based on data.
• Manage the creation of new advertising assets, such as videos and display ads, in partnership with our digital agency and other creative partners.
• Work with the SEO specialist and content person to audit advertising copy quarterly and refresh it as needed.
• Ensure all advertising practices adhere to ethical standards and regulations
• Provide transparent reporting on campaign performance and budget management.
• Manage our call tracking platform including assigning tracking numbers, auditing performance quarterly, and performing account clean-up as needed. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• Proven working experience in digital advertising, within the healthcare industry is a plus
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing social media ad campaigns and display advertising campaigns
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio)
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
• Creating and maintaining vendor relationships
• Managing processes
• Self-motivated yet customer-focused
• Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
• Able to develop and manage budgets
• Experience will call tracking platforms a plus
• Experience with Salesforce Data Center preferred

Compensation & Benefits

The total target compensation range for this position is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00. The actual compensation offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
