Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute a company-wide AI enablement strategy that drives meaningful adoption and measurable business outcomes across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to integrate AI capabilities into product development workflows and operational processes.
  • Design and deliver role-based AI enablement programs, workshops, and learning initiatives tailored to diverse organizational functions.
  • Build and scale an internal AI Champions network to encourage knowledge-sharing, accelerate adoption, and identify operational challenges.
  • Establish AI governance frameworks, acceptable use policies, and responsible AI practices that balance innovation with compliance and risk management.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Security, Compliance, HR, and Finance teams to evaluate AI tools, manage AI investments, and ensure organizational readiness.
  • Define and monitor AI adoption metrics, workforce readiness indicators, and ROI reporting for executive leadership and strategic planning.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing AI enablement team, including program managers, instructional designers, and AI specialists.
  • Stay informed on emerging AI technologies, regulatory developments, and industry trends to guide strategic decisions and best practices.
  • Promote a culture of experimentation, innovation, and AI fluency across the organization.
  • Requirements:

    • 10–12+ years of experience in SaaS, enterprise software, technology enablement, digital transformation, or related fields.
    • 3–5+ years of direct experience leading AI adoption initiatives, AI product strategy, automation programs, or enterprise change management efforts.
    • Strong hands-on experience with AI and GenAI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft Copilot, Google Vertex, or similar technologies.
    • Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), AI-native tools, APIs, copilots, and emerging AI ecosystems.
    • Proven ability to lead organizational change and drive AI adoption across distributed and cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
    • Demonstrated experience building and managing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
    • Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and program execution capabilities.
    • Experience collaborating with enterprise customers on technology adoption or digital transformation initiatives is highly valued.
    • Familiarity with AI governance, ethical AI frameworks, data privacy standards, and evolving AI regulations preferred.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive total cash compensation ranging from $227,000 to $280,000 annually.
      • Equity participation opportunities within a high-growth technology environment.
      • Comprehensive healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
      • Flexible remote work environment within the United States.
      • Opportunity to lead a high-impact, greenfield AI enablement function with executive visibility.
      • Collaborative and innovation-driven company culture focused on growth and continuous learning.
