Job Summary
The Sr. Director of Enterprise Sales will be responsible for driving sales for Bugcrowdâs Enterpriseâlevel accounts with quota responsibility for Enterprise Accounts that have more than 2500 employees in North America. This role will manage a team of Enterprise Field Account Executives and help define strategies and account plans for growing revenue within these accounts, as well as total revenue across the region.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Quota responsibility to meet and exceed sales goals
- Manage a team of Field Sales Account Executives focused on covering Enterprise accounts. This includes playing an active role in identifying target accounts, participating in sales calls and providing coaching and pipeline/forecast management
- Recruit, hire and onboard Field Sales Executives within the region to support hyper-growth needs
- Drive the weekly cadence of the business through pipeline and forecast meetings and adherence to MEDDIC Sales Methodology
- Provide visibility and insight to both Executive and Product Management based on input and feedback from prospects and customers
- Drive metrics that measure the success of the business and allow for the identification and replication of best practices across the team
- Drive sales, including delivering presentations and demonstrations with the product, writing business proposals, quote preparation, evangelizing Bugcrowd as a company, negotiating terms and contracts, closing deals and providing mentoring and guidance to Account Executives.
- Define and execute sales plans and strategies, including specific account plans, defining named account thresholds, etc.
- Ensure internal processes are followed, including teamâs adherence to tracking customer and transactional information in Salesforce and other sales and operational processes.
- Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast
- Travel to customer locations in the territory to support of sales efforts
Pay Range Disclosure:
The base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to Qualifications, Geographical Location, Education/certifications, Experience, Skill Sets, Training, and other business and organizational needs.Â
A reasonable estimate of the current range for the position of Senior Director, Enterprise Sales is: $185,000 - $200,000.
This position may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program or commission plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 10+ years of Security sales experience in an individual contributor and management role, including 5+ years sales management experience
- Proven track record of quota overachievement selling to the Enterprise
- Demonstrated genuine passion for customer success
- Proven success managing a team of high achievers
- Ability to recruit, hire and train new Account Executives
