About the Role:
Our Enterprise Sales team has an opportunity for a Senior Director, Enterprise Sales with a consistent track record of leading sales teams to success. You will be responsible for an annual revenue quota delivered through a team of Regional Sales Directors across the US and Canada. You are our perfect leader if you have extensive experience selling SaaS solutions at the enterprise level and have real passion for identifying, developing, and signing new business from both new logos and existing accounts.
This role can be remote anywhere in the US with easy air travel to major cities.

About the Role:

You Will:
- Accountable for achieving enterprise sales team revenue goals
- Lead, manage, coach and develop a high performance enterprise sales team
- Develop goals and metrics for enterprise sales team and review and measure team's performance
- Develop tools and strategies to maximize goal attainment and productivity by rep; regularly adjust & refine goals
- Develop and execute sales campaigns with target accounts/contacts on a systematic basis
- Collaborate on demand generation strategy and tactics
- Develop land and expand strategies for strategic accounts with our largest customers
- Extensive Travel is often required across the US and Canada
You Have:
- Minimum 5+ years selling or managing an Enterprise SaaS sales team selling Sales technology with background cloud contact centers
- Minimum of 5+ years of enterprise management experience
- Energetic team leader, dedication and an unrelenting drive to succeed and win
- High achiever with a demonstrated track record of success Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, curious and competitive
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com is required
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding quota
- Proven track record to scale and part of a company that scaled from $75M to $250M
- Great time management and prioritization skills
- Open to give and receive regular feedback in a transparent environment
- Very organized, detail-oriented and persistent
- College degree or equivalent preferred

- Position Base Range - $160,000.00 - $200,000.00/year, plus opportunity for sales commission
