Senior Director, Global Care Operations

• Define and own end-to-end strategy and operational plans for our international operations; define scope and objectives for member experience and operational execution with a member-first approach
• Coordinate global expansion and service delivery for our international business, including a deep pipeline of new global accounts. 
• Ensure customer and member satisfaction are at parity (or better!) with our industry-leading domestic mental healthcare solutions and services.
• Propose and develop specific execution plans for an optimal operating structure spanning >50 countries worldwide
• Create, measure, and drive KPIs to track performance and efficiency of the international operations
• Lead a dedicated, diverse, cross-functional team of while staying aligned with functional leaders and our executive team 
• Own resourcing, productivity, engagement, and morale of the team. 
• Partner closely with Spring Health’s product, customer success, and US operations teams to iterate, solve, and adapt (i.e., see around corners and act before being asked)
• Strategically research, vet, establish and maintain partnerships to deliver the best member experience, expand capabilities, and unlock new potential

• Prior global operating experience, ideally in a technology or tech-enabled services environment; general management experience a plus
• Proven operator with prior track record of building viable and sustainable businesses 
• Ability to solve complex problems and achieve massive organizational buy-in with or without structural authority (we work as a matrix); you are a top performer, yet a collaborative and cross-functional leader who thrives in a culture of collaboration, accountability, and entrepreneurship
• B2B2C experience strongly preferred, experience in healthcare or benefits is a plus
• MBA preferred
• A self starter who thrives when given autonomy, with proven ability and desire to build effective internal and external relationships
• Exceptional at communication and maintaining organizational alignment with your plans, progress, and support needs
• You obsess about achieving your goals and are relentless in pursuing them
• You value levity, humility, collaboration and deriving fulfillment from collective success 
• If not located in NYC, expect to travel to NYC 2-3 times per quarter. Also ad-hoc travel to largest customers’ or prospects’ offices might be needed 

The target salary range for this position is $187,400 - $243,700, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
