What we are building

The Field Marketing at Domino is the critical pivot of Domino’s GTM that ensures sales and marketing work in unison to drive pipeline and revenue in our Fortune 1000 accounts, focusing on senior AI/data/IT executive and leadership audiences. They work closely with the rest of marketing, providing the creativity and execution that’s the trademark of the best experiences. They also partner daily with sales to apply the right account tactics to increase pipeline and revenue creation.

What your impact will be

In your first year, your impact will be…

• Build a Field Marketing team and establish a strategy, jointly with sales, to deliver on goals predictably
• Create $20M+ of pipeline through the events and experiences proposed to senior AI/data/IT executive and leadership audiences
• Build a strategic partnership with the sales team based on communication/information, joint planning/execution, and feedback
• Design and execute long-lasting programs and experiences to establish Domino as an AI leader for its executive and practitioner audiences

• A Field Marketing leader who coaches a team operating in partnership with Domino sales, marketing, and partners
• A leader that establishes a strategy to build executive relationships and practitioner awareness and creates pipeline by getting buy-in, executing, and getting feedback
• A creating thinker and a program manager who can design programs and experiences that differentiate by their quality and impact
