Opportunity
If you would like a highly collaborative, entrepreneurial, and innovative environment and love the mission of helping to prevent and reverse chronic metabolic diseases to enable people to live healthier and happier lives, Twin Health is the place for you. This leadership role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. You must have Health Plan partner marketing experience and have shown the ability to coach and manage a team of high performing marketers.
Responsibilities
Develop differentiating positioning and messaging to target health plans and employers by partnering closely with Business Development/Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Clinical Operations teams
Collaborate with Business Development/Sales to conduct competitive intelligence, as well as win/loss analysis to inform product positioning and remove key obstacles and objections to sales.
Impact the sales process and contribute to winning new business by working closely with Sales to provide enablement materials.
Manage the PR agency to position Twin Health as a credible and innovative brand through events, speaking opportunities, and public relations.
Work with our health plan partners to create effective strategies and playbooks that will drive member awareness and enrollment.
Lead the execution of the health plan playbooks to drive enrollment by leveraging HP, employer, and Twin Health communication channels.
Define and track partner marketing success measures and reporting methodology.
Qualifications
15+ years of hands-on marketing experience in PR, social, brand management, direct response marketing including SMS, email, and direct mail.
10+ years in the healthcare industry, preferably with a track record of selling and/or marketing to a clinical health plan buyer and member enrollment.
10+ years managing internal marketing teams and external agencies.
10+ years of experience in product marketing, strategy consulting, customer acquisition and CAC optimization.
Overall proven skills and results in both B2B and B2C marketing.
Ability to partner with and command the respect of sales teams.
Strong analytical background to understand what is effective and what is not by using data and tools like Google Analytics and Optimizely.
Demonstrated ability to work with finance to build forecasting and conversion curve models.
Experienced in building marketing dashboards, business review reports, and managing the marketing budget.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $205,000-$235,000 annually.
