BetterCloud’s Professional Services team is a group of highly skilled technical professionals. They have a proven track record of getting customers implemented on BetterCloud’s various use cases, know the product in-and-out, and are able to consult on best practices. Many of the folks in the group are former IT professionals and their empathetic approach is lauded by our customers with near perfect post engagement CSAT scores.

About You

  • Demonstrable experience of selling Professional Services or Technology Solutions
  • Has led a team of technical resources in a high paced dynamic environment
  • Strong presentation skills: Can easily show the value of services packages both internally & externally
  • A track record of developing, evolving, and optimizing services methodologies and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ideally has worked at a SaaS company running parts or all of Professional Services org in charge of implementation

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the entire Professional Services org (~15 people) primarily responsible for new customer implementations. Team is composed of Project Managers, Implementation Specialists, and Engineers.
  • Articulate and sell the value of BetterCloud Services within prospective and existing customers.
  • Manage the development, evolution, and optimization of our services methodologies and processes
  • Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure customer and BetterCloud success.
  • Your main measures of success will be: Time to Value of new customers, Customers achieving their primary purchase intent, Services Bookings,  Utilization, and margin
