What You’ll Do:Â
Not only is Huntress growing, we’re growing internationally. We are a US based managed security platform providing tools and services for small and mid-sized businesses. As we prepare for our growth in Australia, we need to first add our Senior Director of Sales to begin building and leading our growth strategy in Australia. As our senior director, you’ll support our Manager and Sales Development team, provide leadership and strategic vision for the team, provide training, quality analysis, and ensure the team is set up for success and maximum productivity. Â
We have are striving for bold targets and goals with our expansion by bringing our cybersecurity mission to the small and mid-sized businesses in Australia. We need a proven leader that is enthusiastic to use their passion, skills and autonomy toward the task of building a team and bringing a new division to market.Â
Responsibilities:Â Â
- Build and execute a sales growth strategy including go-to-market plans, growth and expansion strategies, building your team, and optimizing our sales process for maximum successÂ
- Hire, Train, and Develop Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives and Business Development Representatives to excel and grow within the company
- Educate, build credibility, and trust to sell the Huntress security stack to new customers within the IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) community
- Maintain a high level of pipeline organization & follow-up efficiency for your team
- Ability to travel (up to 25% of the time) and confidently present in front of an audience during Trade Shows & Webinars
- Achieve Sales Goals with your team ( by the Executive Team
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing sales organizationÂ
What You Bring To The Team:Â Â
- Experience in relevant channels: Cybersecurity, Manager Service Providers (MSP), Technology Providers, Technology Services providers, Solution SellingÂ
- 8+ years of demonstrated success in a senior sales leadership position, with a proven track record of success
- Previous experience working with MSP’s is required
- Strong time management & organizational skills as well as the ability to work across time zones
- Internal drive of continuous improvement. Cybersecurity is a rapidly changing environment - the ideal candidate will possess a determination to continually learn and grow
