This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Revenue Operations based in the United States.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and scaling the operational backbone of a high-growth go-to-market organization. You will define how revenue is planned, measured, and optimized across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Channel functions. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution, ensuring forecasting accuracy, process consistency, and data-driven decision-making at the highest level. You will oversee revenue systems, analytics, and governance while driving automation and AI-enabled efficiencies across the revenue engine. Working closely with executive leadership, you will influence company-wide planning, board-level reporting, and long-term growth strategy. This is a highly visible position where your impact will directly shape revenue performance, scalability, and operational excellence.
Accountabilities:
Lead and scale the Revenue Operations function by defining strategy, governance, and operating rhythms that enable predictable and scalable revenue growth. Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analytics to ensure accuracy, visibility, and actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Design and execute the end-to-end Revenue Operations strategy supporting all go-to-market teams
- Own forecasting models, pipeline health tracking, and revenue performance reporting across segments
- Partner with executive leadership on board-level reporting, revenue planning, and business reviews
- Build and optimize scalable revenue processes across the full customer lifecycle (lead-to-retention)
- Lead revenue systems strategy, ensuring effective use of platforms such as Salesforce and related tools
- Drive data governance, automation, and AI initiatives to improve operational efficiency
- Lead, coach, and develop a Revenue Operations team, fostering high performance and accountability
- Align cross-functional teams on operational standards, metrics, and execution frameworks
- 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within high-growth B2B SaaS
- 2+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, revenue analytics, and executive reporting
- Proven ability to design and scale revenue processes across complex go-to-market organizations
- Deep experience with Salesforce and modern revenue tech stacks, including data governance and automation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and actions
- Experience partnering directly with executive leadership and influencing strategic decisions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with executive presence
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI and automation to improve operational efficiency is highly valued
