Senior Dynamics Software Developer

MetroStar Systems is looking for a Senior Dynamics Software Developer that is passionate about the Dynamics platform and all associated applications of Dynamics Cloud!  The ideal candidate will be an integral member of our Sales Technology Admin team and liaise with stakeholders from various business units to understand and support their needs in the Dynamics and Power Platform environments. You’ll love our position if you have (This is the stuff you MUST have to be a fit):

• 2-4 years of experience working with Dynamics 365, Office 365 and the Power Platform
• Experience working with the Dataverse and Azure Functions and Logic Apps
• Experience working as a System Administrator
• Experience working with application management lifecycle tools/source control - Azure Devops/Github.
• Experience with Application Development, using C#, .Net, Powershell, and SQL

We’ll REALLY love you if you have (This is the bonus stuff that makes you stand out):

• 2-3 years of experience in the life insurance industry
• Experience in Dynamics Cloud Administration

What you'll get to work on:

• Administration and support of the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications including Sales and other configuration platform entities.
• Maintenance of custom configurations and integrations of applications within the Dynamics 365 environments.
• Development of integrations of data and functionality using the Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps).
• Documenting and defining user requirements with product stakeholders, including flow charts, layouts, and diagrams.
• Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment.
• Contributing to and supporting the Dynamics platform 3-year roadmap and the product SDLC.
• Working with the AAFMAA Data Engineering and BI teams to ensure data integrity across the applications and datasets when using Dataverse
