Senior Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems supporting digital product experiences.
• Contribute to system architecture decisions and engineering patterns to improve scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment efficiency and operational stability.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Own and deliver medium to large-scale initiatives from design through production with minimal oversight.
• Mentor and support other engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Identify opportunities to improve engineering practices, code quality, and system design standards.
• Partner across teams to resolve dependencies and ensure seamless system integration.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or related technical roles.
• Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages with deep expertise in at least one.
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles and distributed system design.
• Experience building APIs, cloud-based services, and scalable backend systems.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and system reliability concepts.
• Ability to independently deliver end-to-end solutions from design to production deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance trade-offs across scalability, cost, and performance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience mentoring engineers and improving team-level engineering standards.
