This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Equity Administration Manager in the United States.

This is a senior, high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and scaling global equity administration strategy within a fast-growing, international organization. You will own the vision, operating model, and execution of all equity-related programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional employee experience across a distributed workforce. Acting as a key advisor to leadership, you will influence strategic decisions while driving global equity policies, systems, and processes that support long-term scalability. This role requires both deep technical expertise and strong leadership skills to guide a distributed team and collaborate across Legal, Finance, Tax, HR, and other key functions. You will also lead complex global initiatives, including system optimization and M&A-related equity planning. This is a highly visible position where your work directly impacts employee experience, compliance, and organizational growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and lead the global stock administration strategy, operating model, and long-term vision aligned with overall business and talent priorities
  • Manage and develop a distributed equity administration team, providing leadership, coaching, and clear direction to ensure high performance
  • Own global equity systems, vendors, and processes, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and an optimal employee experience
  • Design and continuously improve equity policies and workflows, anticipating regulatory changes and industry trends
  • Serve as a key subject matter expert and escalation point for complex equity-related matters and compliance issues
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, Tax, Accounting, Payroll, HR, Recruiting, and Investor Relations to implement global equity programs
  • Ensure global tax compliance by partnering closely with internal tax teams and external advisors
  • Drive large-scale equity initiatives including system enhancements, process redesign, and M&A-related equity integration
  • Oversee equity data integrity, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with Finance and People leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term equity program planning
  • Influence organizational strategy by providing insights on equity trends, risks, and opportunities

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
    • 7+ years of experience in global equity administration, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams
    • CEP Level 3 certification required
    • Strong expertise in global equity programs, tax regulations, compliance frameworks, and administration practices
    • Proven experience managing external equity vendors, platforms, and consultants
    • Hands-on experience with equity systems such as Shareworks, Morgan Stanley, or E*TRADE preferred
    • Strong track record of scaling equity operations in fast-growing, complex, or global organizations
    • Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills across senior business functions
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional equity challenges
    • Ability to lead large-scale, high-impact projects with multiple dependencies and tight timelines
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate regulatory changes and design proactive solutions
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leadership
