Senior Executive Assistant - Product Experience - US Remote

This empowering dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
What You Will Do:

• Product Experience agenda management
• Act as a key partner and optimize Product Experience exec productivity by providing calendar management.
• Stay up to date on the VET agenda to be able to make high judgement decisions and recommendations to ensure productive day-to-day engagements.
• Proactively manager calendar at least 6 months in advance to anticipate time and travel conflicts and avoid unnecessary churn and surprises.
• Keep an overview of calendar patterns and suggesting productivity enhancing measures like series to be created or deleted for direct access to the Product Experience exec's time and office.
• Coordinate virtual and in-person work sessions
• Be a trusted ear to the organization; stay connected to the pulse of the organization and anticipating challenges in stakeholder's collaboration; addressing these challenges and patterns to proactively determine solutions
• Arrange travel and accommodations and prepare expense reports.
• Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the global operations of the company. Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle C-Level matters.

• Ability to anticipate the needs of the Product Experience Executive and help protect their time by prioritizing inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts
• Experience coordinating off-sites, all-hands meetings, and team gatherings ranging in size, location, and complexity, including inviting participants, supporting agenda definition and distribution, securing venues / space, coordinating food and supplies, ensuring proper IT / AV setup and providing on-site support. Support organizational needs such as team gifts
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills

• Experience preparing presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.
