Accountabilities
Lead the content strategy and UX governance for the partner's website.Oversee the planning and design of the Blood Cancer Compass experience.Create a clear and accessible learning journey for users.Empower individuals and families through multimedia information and support resources.Develop and manage educational material in both English and French.Establish content quality standards, including medical accuracy and readability.Conduct audits and assessments of educational resources.Leverage research investments to produce accessible public resources.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in health sciences, life sciences, public health, or a related field.5 to 7 years of experience in health education, scientific content, or health information.Experience translating complex clinical or research information into clear content for non-specialized audiences.Experience in creating educational resources for health professionals and/or broad audiences.Knowledge of health systems or oncology care environments.Experience managing digital content platforms (a plus).Strong health and scientific literacy, with the ability to synthesize and interpret research findings.Understanding of user experience principles and basic information architecture.Strategic content planning skills and familiarity with adult learning principles.Ability to collaborate with various teams and functions.Clear and organized project and content portfolio management.Strong editorial judgment and commitment to quality assurance.Bilingual (English and French) is an important asset in a pan-Canadian context.Benefits
