Accountabilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and own the regional field marketing strategy aligned with sales priorities to consistently drive pipeline and revenue growth.

  • Integrated Program Execution: Lead the end-to-end management of roadshows, executive engagements, webinars, and account-based initiatives, including budgeting, logistics, and promotion.

  • Sales Partnership: Partner closely with regional sales leadership on territory plans and account engagement strategies to accelerate pipeline velocity.

  • Demand Generation: Execute targeted, high-impact campaigns and experiences designed to engage enterprise-level decision-makers.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with partner marketing, content, and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and successful joint co-marketing initiatives.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on program performance and ROI, using data-driven insights to optimize future marketing impact.

  • Requirements:

    • Professional Experience: 7+ years of field marketing experience specifically within a high-tech, B2B, SaaS, or enterprise software environment.

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

    • Sales Alignment: Proven success in partnering with enterprise sales teams and leadership to drive revenue-generating programs.

    • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.

    • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-channel field programs across diverse regions or territories.

    • Mobility: Ability to travel approximately 15-25% to support regional events and stakeholder meetings.

    • Preferred Skills: Advantageous to have experience with ABM platforms, intent data tools, or supporting global strategic channel partners.
