Senior Finance Manager (North America) - US Remote

What You Will Do:
At Vista, Finance is positioned to be a strategic partner of the business as well as the first line of accountability. As the Senior Manager of Finance for North America, you will partner with the North America Leadership team to lead financial analyses and modeling, drive financial insights and accountability for the business, and support operational decision making. This is a key role within Vista that will help shape the future of the business and the overall finance organization. This remote-first position will be based in North America and report to the FP&A Director of North America.

• Proactively evaluate the results of operations, monitor trends, review consumer/product profitability, risks, opportunities and recommend actions
• Partner with the Marketing team on the assessment and measurement of business and strategic investment performance within their organization
• Perform financial modeling, including discounted cash flow analysis, for key decisions such as price changes, new product introduction, and marketing investments
• Evaluate the impact of strategic financial decisions and present recommendations to leadership
• Drive the budget, forecast, and financial reporting for the organization
• Present and communicate to all levels of the organization

• Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting)
• Demonstrated skills in performing sophisticated financial modeling
• Strong understanding of management P&Ls and profitability drivers
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Fluent in English
