Job Summary

The Sr. Financial Analyst will be an integral part of the FP&A team. You will work closely with the FP&A Manager and the team to handle Financial Planning Analysis activities for the company. In addition to the FP&A function's responsibilities of budgeting and variance analysis, you will also partner closely with different Departments on a daily basis to make high-impact business decisions as the company scales.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for providing P&L, and B/S inputs for the Long Ranged Financial Strategic Plan-incorporating adjustments and performing scenario analysis in support of Senior Management decision making
• Participate in the Financial Planning process of the company- including consolidation, analysis and presentation of RCYC financials, annual budget, and quarterly forecasts
• Conduct thorough research of historical financial data
• Develop financial models through benchmarking and process analysis
• Develop financial projections and understanding key business drivers
• Review accounting transactions for data accuracy
• Calculate Sales Incentives for Onboard/Inbound Agents and for the Sales Leadership team
• Prepare presentations/reports for Senior Management - Monthly Operating Committee, Board Meetings and Budget Review.
• Analyze and report on current financial status
• Ad-hoc financial analysis

Competency

Education: A bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with financial software (ERP, Oracle, SAP)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and management
• Organizational and time management skills to start and finish tasks successfully
• Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information

Work Environment

• This is a Hybrid office environment with quiet-to-moderate noise when in office.
• Local candidates preferred. There is no relocation assistance offered for this position.
