Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst for our rapidly growing company and the Finance team. The candidate will support all aspects of financial analysis including monthly analysis of P&L's, forecasts, and budgets. The Senior Financial Analyst will interact regularly with internal customers, requiring a high level of coordination and communication skills. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, but will be based in the Woburn, MA area.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a financial business partner across Business Operations and Technical Divisions
- Drive the annual budget and monthly forecast processes
- Provide monthly analysis of financial results, including profit and loss, labor utilization, indirect expenses, and capital expenditures
- Provide detailed financial reports comparing budget and forecasts to actuals; provide assessment and causes of monthly variances as well as guidance to achieve overall financial goals
- Ensure that monthly actuals and forecast reports are reliable, accurate, and complete
- Perform trend analysis and make recommendations to Senior Leadership (revenues, indirect expenses, hiring capacity, etc.)
- Develop financial projections and build various financial models
- Collaborating with VP's, Group Leads, and the Finance team on various Finance topics
- Assist with Accounting support during month-end
- Perform special projects as assigned

Requirements:
- US Citizen with the ability to obtain a government security clearance, if required
- 4 - 7 years of experience in Accounting, FP&A, Finance, or related field
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and experience with Deltek Costpoint or other financial systems and forecasting tools
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance
