Job Description
LaunchDarkly is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance team. You will partner closely with our finance and department leaders to drive organizational growth. This opportunity is a critical, high-impact role that will influence the trajectory and success of the growing and expanding organization.
Responsibilities:Provide financial support to business partners to grow the organization efficiently
Build and own models for operating expenses
Collaborate closely with Accounting to deliver accurate financials
Contribute to building scalable processes and system implementations to support LaunchDarkly’s expansion
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
3+ years of FP&A experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Detail-oriented and consistently accurate
Highly collaborative and proactive in building effective relationships with business and cross-functional partners
Able to prioritize and balance multiple projects
Strong written and oral communication skills
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
Understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
Previous experience aiding the financial planning for organizations operating at a rapid pace
Previous experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and EPM, ideally NetSuite and Adaptive
Specific Requirements:
Based near HQ
Willing to come into HQ at least 1x/week
