The Opportunity

The PediaSure Sr Financial Analyst is a key member of our Pediatric Finance Team. This individual is responsible for P&L forecasting, reporting and ad hoc financial analysis and works closely with brand leadership and cross functional colleagues to evaluate the impacts of advertising/promotional activity, innovations and competitive actions.

What You'll Work On

• Develop detailed financial forecasts incorporating historic, trended and current business information.
• Perform financial analysis and recommend alternatives courses of action (scenario modeling).
• Exercise judgment in selecting innovative, practical methods to achieve problem resolution.
• Monitor brand spending versus budget.
• Prepare journal entries and assist in month end close, as needed.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports and packages by gathering and analyzing information related to current performance.
• Participate in the development of less experienced staff by setting an example, providing guidance, and offering counsel.

Required Qualifications

• Exceptional business partnering and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across functions and organizations in a global environment.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels and functions; capable of presenting complex financial information in easy-to-understand formats and terms.
• Operate independently and adapt to changing requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
• 3-5 years in Financial Planning and Analysis or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
