Senior Financial Analyst, Professional Services

The Role

The Fusion Professional Services team is responsible for successful client projects, a customer success program that drives client value, and expertise from Global Support. Fusion is also developing a partner network that will drive the sale of software as well as deepen our Professional Services bench.

The Senior Financial Analyst, Professional Services will work closely with both finance management and key business partners to drive controllership, planning, analysis, and decision support spanning multiple services.

Fusion's Senior Financial Analyst, Professional Services will work closely with and report directly to our VP, Professional Services, Operations. They will also work with our Finance and PS Operations teams. Specific responsibilities include:

• Build performance dashboards and reporting for weekly team monitoring
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed and present findings to senior management. P&L ownership responsibilities (month-end close, variance and mix analyses). Lead short-term and long-term financial planning with PS Leaders and Finance team.
• Partner with Finance to create monthly metrics pack that encompasses all teams
• Define and develop key analysis and generate insights and recommendations to address strategic issues
• Collaborate with PS Leadership to drive the development of quarterly prioritization planning

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting from 4-year university.
• 3+ years experience working with a Professional Services organization
• Experience working with Salesforce is preferred
• A self starter, analytical mentality with the ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment while continuing to managing competing priorities
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to identify priorities, juggle multiple activities, adhere to timelines/meet deadlines, and change course quickly as needed.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels (people, correspondence, phone, e-mail, etc.)
• Professional at all times, with strong interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining effective working relationships with customers, vendors, employees and management through use of tact, diplomacy, good judgment, responsiveness and follow-through.
• Proven ability to effectively lead/manage projects, make timely decisions, delegating tasks to peers and others within Fusion as appropriate.
