Senior - Financial Operations

Connor Group is a specialized professional services firm of Big 4 alumni and industry executives. Our team of highly experienced professionals assists financial executives with their most complex business needs, including Accounting Advisory, Financial Operations, IPO, M&A, and Managed Services.

Responsibilities:

· Good understanding and application of key business and finance processes (close process, financial planning & analysis, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, revenue etc.)

· Demonstrated ability to document finance and operational process

· Basic understanding of US GAAP

· Exposure to financial systems and tools beneficial (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Hyperion, Business Intelligence Databases etc.)

· Attention to detail with ability to produce quality deliverables

Desired Skills & Experience:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; intellectual curiosity

· Entrepreneurial nature, self-motivated, ethical, and dependable

· Excellent interpersonal, presentation, writing and communication skills

· Team and/or project management experience beneficial

· GPA of 3.5 or better

· Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

· Minimum 2-3 years business consulting, auditing or industry experience required

· CPA and or MBA preferred

· Rated top 25% of Big Four class

· A willingness to travel up to 25%, including international travel
