Senior Front End Developer, Vue

Our growing Product Team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Vue) to help us build on our industry-recognized enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution that serves some of the highest profile Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) firms in America! Our Product Team is committed to consistently delivering new features to our suite of products. Your efforts will help take our web app and tech stack to the next level. We’re looking for an experienced engineer who is well-versed in building well-designed, high-performant and effective front-end web applications that support complex business rules and workflows.

What You'll Do

• Support front end architectural decisions to develop a maintainable and reliable set of edge applications
• Work closely with UX and Product Management to develop friendly UI experiences
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build shared services that can serve many applications and scale independently
• Enable our Product Team to tap into our valuable data sources and build incredible features for our customers
• Provide constructive feedback on pull requests to organically increase code quality
• Ensures development adheres to best practices and quality standards through code and design reviews

Your First 90 Days

In your First 30 Days, you will engage in our immersive onboarding experience, familiarizing yourself with our team, our product, as well as our development tools and tech stack. You will learn our product, completing courses through Unanet University. You will work within our framework for an efficient and effective SDLC. You will take on development items, getting your hands in our web stack.

In your First 60 Days, you will work on a backlog of technical infrastructure work, including the adoption of any newly-identified technologies for our upcoming product deliverables. You will help instill the discipline of effectively monitoring and creating work items from our SDLC process.

In your First 90 Days, you will continue to evolve and uplift our tech stack by iterating on our technical roadmap and future deliveries. You will play a meaningful role in helping hire future members of our growing product team.

Who You Are

We need engineers that share our passion for building and scaling cutting-edge web apps in a fast-paced startup environment - one which already has the benefit of thousands of customers and millions of dollars of revenue.  We are looking for engineers who with:

• 5+ years' experience developing complex B2B web applications, including in Vue.js
• 3+ years' experience in .Net or comparable language
• Proficiency with MVC, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and SQL
• Ability to flesh out user stories to be consumed by the rest of our team
• Ability to work full stack with a keen eye for UI
• Experience working in an Agile environment (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and juggle competing priorities, work on multiple projects simultaneously serving multiple stakeholders
• An eye for framework-minded component development as well as a solid understanding of data flow, reusability, and maintainability 

Your Differentiators

• You have the ability to work and collaborate with team members remotely
• Prior experience with mobile app development
• Familiar with JS Unit Testing
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent

The salary range for this opportunity is $132,000 - $145,000 per year. You will be eligible for employee equity as well as discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time.
