Senior Full Stack Developer with PHP, JAVA and SQL (Remote)

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. This position supports the FCC. This project will be using Kanban and Agile frameworks, and the team will help build very robust software that is aligned with the program's mission. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining high-quality software based on client and business requirements 

• Developing, modernizing, and making enhancements to existing applications or new enterprise microservice applications 

• Analyzing and designing databases working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team 

• Understanding coding standards and implementing them within the code being developed 

• Troubleshooting problems that may arise in any of the environments including Production and providing solutions 

• Communicating with the customer to determine problems or design requirements 

• Working with multiple teams like Network/Security/Dev teams in an Agile environment 

Based on your experiences and interests, we may ask you as a technology professional to support growth-related activities, including (but not limited to) RFI, RFP, prototypes, and oral presentations. Team members are also expected to uphold and maintain appropriate certifications for their practice expertise. 

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of software development experience

• 1+ years of experience with PHP

• 1+ years of experience with JavaScript and Java

• 2+ years of experience with SQL

• 1+ years of experience with Spring

• 1+ years of experience with NodeJS

• Must be a US Citizen as required per federal government contract requirements

• Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

• MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.

Job Location: This position requires that the job be performed in the United States. If you accept this position, you should note that ICF does monitor employee work locations blocks access from foreign locations/foreign IP addresses, and prohibits personal VPN connections.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS or MS in Computer Science highly preferred

• Experience in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

• Skilled in Java, SQL, JavaScript, Spring

• Experienced in the following: NodeJS, AWS, Maven, Unix Commands, Bamboo, and Atlassian Suite

• Familiarity with working in an Agile Scrum environment

• Understanding of automated deployments and different deployment strategies

• Good troubleshooting and debugging mindset. Be able to provide immediate workarounds and long-term fixes.

• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team on multiple tasks

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$84,533.00 - $143,706.00
