We’re looking to add engineers to the team with experience in shipping full stack features with a deep empathy for customer needs.

At Hightouch, full stack engineers work closely with design, product managers, and solutions engineers to understand problems that are new to the data engineering space and build polished and intuitive features.

Our ideal engineer has a strong understanding of both backend schema and API design and creating intuitive components in the frontend. Full stack engineers have built features like Hightouch audiences, alerting, and our billing portal.

Our frontend is built in React and Typescript, and our backend is also built on Typescript with some elements of Go.

• Design, build, and ship core features to the Hightouch platform
• Review code changes and design specs from teammates
• Work closely with customers and customer facing teams to build impactful features
• Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced teammates looking to expand their full stack knowledge

• Building React components with Javascript / Typescript
• Designing APIs and database schemas
• Executing features from concept to production
