Senior Full Stack Engineer, QuickFrame

We’re seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Engineer with proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and GraphQL to join our innovative team. You’ll develop server-side logic, ensure high performance and responsiveness, and create user interface components in React.js for seamless integration into the application. Your commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality products is essential as you work cross-functionally on different infrastructure layers.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams, reporting to the Head of Engineering at QuickFrame. You’ll help drive product initiatives while embracing QuickFrame’s fast-growing, agile culture. As you develop technical solutions aligned with our Product Roadmap and business goals, you’ll execute quickly, efficiently, and adapt on the fly.

What you’ll do:

• Develop new user-facing features using React.js and Typescript
• Integrate user-facing elements with server side logic using GraphQL
• Modify server-side logic as needed.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Implement security and data protection
• Collaborate with Product Designs, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to deliver performant applications

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of JavaScript experience, including concepts such as asynchronous programming, closures, types, DOM manipulation, JavaScript object model and ES6
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• 2-4+ Years of Typescript experience.
• Experience with GraphQL
• 2-4+ years of Node.js experience, including frameworks such as Express, Koa
• 5+ years of experience building RESTful APIs and optimizing server side performance
• 1-2 years of experience writing SQL queries and designing Postgres domain models
• HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross browser compatibility, and accessibility 
• Experience using CI/CD tools
• Experience using source control tools
• Experience working in a service-oriented architecture
• Experience in Java or Kotlin preferred
• Knowledge of design patterns and understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Experience implementing automated testing platforms with integration and unit tests
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
