Convene’s Engineering team is looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who will report to the Director of Engineering. 

What You’ll Do: 

Convene Engineering has a technology platform to help humanize the built world, and we need an outstanding Full Stack Software Engineer working with NodeJS/Express and microservice architectures to join our engineering team. We are creating some of the most beautiful real-world meetings and flexible workplaces to inspire and foster collaboration and engagement. Our engineering projects connect customers with Convene's physical world.

A successful candidate possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills, comfortable recommending solutions and technological improvements, is genuine, works with the highest of integrity, and relentlessly 

• Lead the technical creation and evolution of the Convene's impactful customer-facing products in collaboration to overall technology roadmap
• Ensure overall application and platform architectures are robust and easy to maintain. 
• Grow into a mentorship role and technical leader in software development
• Build out a microservices on cloud services like AWS, and reimagining legacy services
• Contribute to platform development using Cloud Native tools

What We Look For: 

• 3+ years of full-stack development using Javascript/NodeJs and frameworks such as React, ViteJs, and ChakraUI.
• Believes in craftsmanship and doing it “right”
• Experienced collaborating in cross-functional engineering teams
• Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring team members in an Agile process.

Base Salary:

Salary Min: $140,000.00 USD  Salary Max: $145,000.00 USD 

This role is also eligible for Convene's annual incentive performance bonus plan.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
