This is a high-impact, player-coach role for a senior growth marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.
You will architect and operate a full-funnel demand generation engine across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
The role focuses on driving growth for a technically sophisticated B2B cybersecurity SaaS product serving security professionals.
You will use experimentation, analytics, and AI-driven workflows to continuously optimize marketing performance.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product marketing, sales, and customer success to align growth initiatives.
This position offers strong autonomy, requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Design and execute a full-funnel growth and demand generation strategy to drive scalable and sustainable pipeline growth.
  • Own the entire customer lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, retention, upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy programs.
  • Build persona-based and use-case-driven campaigns tailored to highly technical audiences such as SOC, CTI, and OSINT professionals.
  • Develop and optimize lifecycle marketing programs, including advanced segmentation, lead nurturing, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Build and manage high-performing email marketing and automation programs for both prospects and existing customers.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve targeting, campaign creation, experimentation, reporting, and funnel optimization.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive messaging and aligned growth execution.
  • Continuously analyze performance data and cohort insights to identify optimization opportunities across the funnel.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
    • Proven ability to operate as a player-coach, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution and analytics.
    • Strong experience using AI-driven marketing workflows to enhance segmentation, targeting, content, and campaign optimization.
    • Deep understanding of technical buyer personas and experience marketing to security-focused audiences.
    • Demonstrated success building full-funnel programs that impact acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value.
    • Expertise in modern B2B marketing tools and platforms including LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Reddit Ads Manager, GA4, Salesforce, Semrush, and Marketo or similar tools such as Marketo.
    • Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution modeling, cohort analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
