The Role:
You will be a part of the Go To Market (GTM) Enablement Team, responsible for developing and delivering engaging, results-driven training and enablement activities to increase speed-to-productivity and overall effectiveness of the GTM organization. This individual contributor role will report directly to the Vice President of GTM Enablement, and have global responsibility across the GTM Sales, Value Realization, and Partner teams. You will have an immediate and dynamic impact on both the team and Cart.com through the work you will create and execute upon.
You are a highly self-motivated Senior enablement professional, with a passion to help uplevel and upskill individuals in their specific GTM role. You will help develop tools, enforce methodology, and own programs to enable effective sales execution. The Sr. GTM Enablement Program Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional Go-to-Market teams to help build and maintain all resources to better equip the GTM teams to effectively engage prospects and customers.
What You'll Do:
The Sr. GTM Enablement Program Manager, will:
  • Create, execute and manage Role-based enablement programs, training and supporting enablement tools for both Sales and Value Realization (Account Management) roles
  • Own the Skill Development Curriculum for Sales and Value Realization roles to further develop role excellence
  • Assist with creation and execution of Role-based new hire Onboarding within the GTM organization
  • Support and create new opportunities to further adoption of sales methodology within GTM
  • Develop skills needed within the Cart.com sales process stages and customer lifecycle stages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, outside vendors, and internal experts to address skill development needs.
  • Support GTM Enablement Leadership in carrying out various enablement live events, such as annual GTM Kickoff, new hire trainings, mid-year training events
  • Develop and assess performance metrics and translate information into actionable, easy to understand insights
  • Own additional GTM enablement responsibilities as the business changes and evolves.

Who You Are:
  • You possess strong knowledge of sales methodologies and skills needed within GTM roles
  • You have experience with developing new hires and supporting enablement activities
  • You possess strong communication, individual leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • You can develop strong credibility with GTM Teams and supporting BUs to become a trusted advisor and business partner to all
  • You can adapt quickly to evolving needs of a high growth GTM team and determine priorities in a high-demand environment.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and consider yourself adaptable: Willing to learn, try new approaches and iterate based on impact
  • Your competencies include excellent presentational, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills
  • You have advanced skills with MS Office: Power Point, Word, Excel

What You've Done:
  • You possess 8+ years' experience in a global software and SaaS enablement role with skills program management focus/experience
  • You possess 5+ years' experience in role-based skills enablement in tech/software environment
  • You have designed, delivered, and owned end-to-end enablement for specific roles
  • You have experience with skill competencies by role and building supporting enablement to advance skill levels
  • You have a track record of designing and delivering innovative successful enablement programs and curriculum development with measurable business results
  • You have demonstrated experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and turning implications into actionable recommendations and business strategies
  • You have a BA/BS degree (required)

Nice to Haves:
  • You have previously been in a sales or account management role (Account Exec, Account Manager, Business Development Rep, Solution Consultant, Manager)
  • You understand and have practiced the GAP Selling methodology
  • You have experience with the Highspot application
  • You have experience with start-up cultures
  • You have learning and development in your background

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
  • This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
