Guild is hiring a Senior Go-to-Market Strategy & Ops Manager to join its Partner Experience (PX) Strategy & Ops team. This new team member will act as a dynamic partner across various high-priority critical initiatives and will be tasked with spearheading critically important projects to grow Guild’s Employer Partners among Fortune 1000.
The Strategy & Ops and Enablement team acts as a cross-functional partner to scale and grow the Partner Experience Organization, providing strategy & thought leadership, operational excellence and enablement, including training, system & tools and processes.
As a Senior GTM Strategy & Ops Manager, you will strategize and identify key pillars and initiatives to drive Guild and Employer Partner growth, by working closely with senior executives in our go-to-market functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Solution Design). In this role, you will:
- Conduct deep discovery work on potential new markets and prospective Guild Employer Partners
- Orchestrate strategy projects, answering questions of mid-to-long term growth strategies and Guild driven positioning
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Solution Design, Finance) to craft and implement upon Guild’s growth roadmap, including support on cross-functional program management efforts
- Serve as a subject matter authority to senior leadership on Guild’s ever-evolving Employer Partner landscape, providing business leaders across the organization
- Expand and improve Guild’s Total Addressable database by demonstrating public and proprietary market research and Business Process vendors
You are a strong fit for this role if you have:
Required Proficiencies- 7+years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking or Corporate Strategy, with familiarity in Enterprise and B2B Sales process
- Energized to tackle sophisticated and ambiguous problems with strong confidence in ramping up learning curves
- Strong analytical and research skills, with proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides
- Operationally-minded and thrive in driving cross-functional teamwork
- A bias towards action with ability to relentlessly prioritize based on business impact
- Skilled communicator and storyteller, especially faced with a senior audience
- Deeply passionate about Guild’s Mission
- Strong grasp of financial concepts and capable of conducting financial analysis
- Knowledgeable about the latest trends in education and Employer Partner dynamics
- Strong understanding of the business drivers and key metrics of a high-growth venture backed company
- Familiarity with key GTM / Sales tools, including Salesforce and Clari
- Familiarity with data sources that could enrich our view on Addressables (e.g., relevant Government census, statistics) and confidence to navigate large datasets (SQL is a plus!)
We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market driven, including a base salary range of $132,000-$165,000, as well as company stock options.
