Red Cell Partners Talent is seeking a Senior 1099 Recruiter to join our team on a remote, contract basis. The ideal candidate will focus on recruiting top-tier talent for hardware roles in our power engineering startup incubation. This contract is for a minimum of 3 months and may be extended for the right fit.
Job Details:
- Position: Senior 1099 Recruiter (Contract)
- Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
- Duration: 3 months
- Hours: Up to 20 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit exceptional candidates for semiconductor hardware engineering positions in the Power Management Integrated Circuit sector located or able to relocate to Torrance, CA
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and GoodTime to effectively work with hiring managers and the recruiting team
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies for specialized technical roles
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Provide weekly updates on recruiting progress and market insights
Qualifications
- 10 + years of experience working in recruiting, 5+ years specializing in hardware related roles
- Proven experience recruiting for hardware and power engineering roles
- Strong network within the power engineering and hardware development communities
- Excellent service in candidate and hiring manager experience
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Hourly rate: $65.00-$85.00
