About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to address indirect dealer related issues, communicate information to the dealer, manage workflow from the line of business to other departments and assist the monitoring of dealer profiles.

Essential Functions
  • Research and correct dealer reserve and funding issues
  • Collaborate on changes to dealer information to appropriate groups
  • Assist in maintaining and updating dealer rating system
  • Organize new dealer set up packages and prepare packages for management review
  • Complete fax/information requests from dealers for funding notices and reserve statements
  • Coordinate inventory of supplies for Account Executives and Dealers
  • Act as first point of contact for department in support of department leadership and communicate any issues
  • Maintain accurate filing of dealer package documents
  • Administer programs through internal software
  • Address any miscellaneous issues presented by the dealers or escalate to the appropriate channels, as necessary
  • Collaborate with and be a resource for Indirect Lending Account Executives
  • Prepare and distribute all department weekly and monthly reports
  • Update department rate sheets as needed to systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
  • Strong knowledge of indirect loans and dealers, including buy rate, customer rate and all indirect services
  • Intermediate knowledge of systems such as OnDemand, Origenate, Shaw and Business Objects, Content Manager, DealerTrack and RouteOne.
  • Basic knowledge of ECM Onboarding Database, Dun and Bradstreet, Cortera and Salesforce.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent professional approach
  • Ability to work internally with multiple departments to find solutions to dealer complaints and provide outstanding service
  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams


Education & Experience
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 5 years experience in indirect or retail lending required
