Senior Insights Analyst

ServiceTitan is looking for a Senior Insights Analyst with strong critical thinking, communication, and technical skills to be a big part of the Post Sales Strategy & Operations team. A successful candidate will have the ability to work independently in a dynamic, rapidly-growing, and fast-paced environment. This role reports directly to the Director, Professional Services Operations.
What you'll do:

• Work directly with stakeholder leadership to scope, design and build datatables, reports, dashboards and tools that help support the business in achieving strategic goals, driving efficiency and revenue growth
• Create new models and dashboards to assess KPIs regularly, identifying and communicating actionable insights to leaders pertaining to our short- and long-term goals, milestones
• Partner with business leads to create and present Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Review materials
• Conduct routine data governance compliance and exception reporting to current systems and workflows alongside Systems and Operations team members
• Work with cross-functional teams including Professional Services, Pro Products, Support and Success

What you'll need:

• BS/BA in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, required
• 5+ years of financial modeling or analytics, required
• 2+ years of Salesforce experience, required
• Data querying experience in Tableau or similar, required
• Strategy/Finance experience in SaaS or Start-up environment, preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to story-tell through data
• High attention to detail and delivering correct work

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $94,000 - $134,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
