Senior Internal Communications Specialist: Product Development - US Remote

Our Team:
The Vista Internal Communications and Events team play a vital role in Vista's ongoing transformation journey. We help leaders communicate key strategic messages to the company, relating to business performance, customers, people and culture. We seek to engage and inspire our global audience through creative and high-impact storytelling, utilizing a variety of channels including digital and in-person live events, alongside async collaboration tools. What You Will Do:
The Senior Communications specialist will be a vital part of the Vista Internal Communications and Events team, helping to build phenomenal content and keep the "drumbeat' of the business going. In this role, you will work within a high-performing communications team, reporting into the Director of Internal Communications for the Product Development functions (including Engineering and Product Experience).

• 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, PR, journalism, social media or other associated field
• Implement internal communication plans and strategies that support the business objectives of the Product Development teams: Engineering and Product Experience
• Create and manage content for internal communication channels such as newsletters, intranet, internal social media, short-form video and employee events
• Ensure that all internal communications are consistent with the company's brand and messaging
• Work closely with other organizations to identify communication needs and opportunities
• Provide guidance and support to leaders and managers in their communication efforts
• Support the Internal Communications Business Partner and executive teams with All Team meetings and Ask Me Anything events
• Monitor and analyze employee feedback and engagement metrics to continuously improve internal communication efforts
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communication

Nice to Have:

• Experience working within a global team
• Basic video editing, Photoshop and other associated creative tools (we have a team graphic designer and video producer to support creative endeavors!)
• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or other associated discipline
• Experience working with a Product Development or Engineering organization in a tech / multinational company
