Senior Inventory Control Analyst

Tecovas is looking for a Senior Inventory Control Analyst to join our growing and dynamic Central Inventory Management (CIM) Team. This position will play an integral role in helping to drive operational excellence across our eCommerce and Retail channels.  Reporting directly to the Director of Inventory Control you will be performing oversight, replenishment, and reconciliation tasks related to inventory management. 

This position is a hybrid role with the candidate strongly encouraged to work from our HQ office in Austin, TX with the ability to work remotely on other days. 

What you’ll do:

• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy in NetSuite by performing reconciliations between systems, researching discrepancies, and driving solutions.
• Coordinate cross functionally to ensure all revenue transactions have the correct corresponding inventory impact.
• Track inventory shipments to retail stores to ensure proper systemic receipt. 
• Responsible for generating weekly and monthly inventory reporting and communicating to cross-functional partners.
• Partner with retail stores to support necessary inventory movement or other transactions.
• Reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to retail shrink, damages, and other metrics.
• Communicate with Retail Field Teams and Leadership on inventory issues, questions and solutions.
• Support special inventory projects including but not limited to annual Physical Inventory, monthly donation process, and inventory movement for special events.

Experience we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in business, business administration or related field
• 4+ years of inventory & procurement analysis experience in a related industry
• NetSuite experience a plus
• Accounting experience a plus
• Advanced analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
