Senior IT Analyst, Supply Chain (Sourcing & logistics)

Position will be based on Remote, India

Experience in Enterprise Supply Chain Management Software such as NGC, Logility, Infor.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and/or contribute as needed to on-going support activities, working with business users and IT partners to identify issues, perform root cause analysis and resolve issues.

Lead and/or contribute to projects and process improvement initiatives. Participate in business requirements definition, design, configuration, testing and deployment tasks.

Create process flow documents, functional specifications, create/ execute test scripts as needed for projects or initiatives.

Support users in APAC and also in other regions. Must be available for off hours support tasks, as needed, and as part of the off hour support rotation schedule

Mentor and assist other team members on application, platform and interface knowledge and methods. 

Ensure compliance with Kontoor policies in regards to system access, data security and change control. 

WORK EXPERIENCE/EXAMPLE

Related experience of working as an IT Analyst or Senior IT Analyst - min 8 years

Related experience in Enterprise Supply Chain Management Software such as NGC, Logility, Infor (5+ year)

Proficiency in SQL statements and root cause analysis skill

Related experience in working in regional and/on global supply chain project

Related experience in SAP, logistic platform and EDI interface integration is a plus

Related experience in Global Trade Management Solution is a plus

Have a solid understanding on supply chain operation in view of orders, shipments and inventory is a must

Education and/or certification requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field or other relevant experience

SKILLS REQUIRED TO PERFORM THIS ROLE

Deep knowledge of sourcing / logistics / global trade management processes and functions within an apparel environment

Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
