The Senior Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Corvus’ learning and development programs. This individual will work with various business stakeholders to identify training needs and create effective training programs that align with Corvus’ overall strategic goals. The Senior Learning and Development Manager will also manage the training budget and ensure that all programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with various business stakeholders to identify and assess training needs across the company.
  • Design and implement effective training programs that align with Corvus’ strategic goals, with a deep focus on new joiner orientation and leadership development.
  • Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and iterate as necessary.
  • Use a variety of training methods, including e-learning, classroom instruction, and on-the-job training.
  • Stay up-to-date with new trends and technologies in learning and development and integrate them into company programs.
  • Create a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the company.
  • Support DEIB learning initiatives as a part of the company’s “All Wings” employee resource group
What you'll bring to the flock:
  • 8+ years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with e-learning tools and platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • A passion for continuous learning and development.

We believe in paying equitably for performance. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, skills, internal equity, market data, and geography. Please note that the salary range that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only. The base salary range for this position is: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00, subject to final approval.  This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
