Job Description

Team: Human Resources

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Learning & Development Manager in the United States.

In this senior-level role, you will shape and deliver enterprise-wide learning strategies that directly strengthen leadership capability, employee growth, and client service excellence across a global organization. You will design and implement scalable learning programs from the ground up, translating business priorities into impactful development experiences. Acting as both a strategist and hands-on builder, you will facilitate learning sessions, coach leaders, and continuously evolve programs based on data and feedback. This role plays a key part in building future-ready skills, including leadership, management effectiveness, and AI literacy. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment where learning is tightly connected to business performance. This is a remote US-based opportunity requiring occasional flexibility to support global teams and facilitation needs.

Accountabilities

  • Lead the design and execution of enterprise learning strategies, building end-to-end programs aligned with organizational capability needs, workforce planning, and business priorities. Translate needs assessments into scalable learning solutions that support leadership development, onboarding, and career growth.
  • Develop and deliver leadership development and manager enablement programs, including cohort-based experiences, assessments, action learning initiatives, and coaching sessions that build leadership readiness and effectiveness.
  • Design, launch, and manage enterprise mentoring frameworks and career development pathways, ensuring structured programs that support engagement, retention, and internal mobility.
  • Create and curate learning content and curricula using platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, building structured learning journeys aligned with critical skills and career stages.
  • Facilitate live virtual learning sessions, measure program effectiveness, and continuously improve learning initiatives using analytics, feedback, and business impact indicators.
  • Drive AI literacy and responsible adoption of emerging skills, partnering with business leaders to embed modern capabilities into workforce development programs.
  • Requirements

    • 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or related fields within complex, global, or matrixed environments, ideally including regulated industries or professional services.
    • Proven experience designing and building enterprise learning programs from the ground up, including leadership development, manager capability building, and mentoring initiatives.
    • Active professional coaching certification (ICF ACC/PCC/MCC, EMCC, or equivalent) with demonstrated experience delivering 1:1 and group coaching to senior leaders.
    • Strong expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, blended learning methodologies, and facilitation of engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences.
    • Ability to translate business needs into structured learning solutions, supported by strong analytical skills to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
    • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with confidence working with senior leadership in a remote, fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with enterprise learning platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Learning) and experience supporting AI-enabled or future-of-work skill development initiatives.
    • Benefits

      • Annual salary range: $121,800 – $130,000 USD, plus eligibility for discretionary bonus
      • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
      • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions
      • Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and parental leave programs
      • Remote-first flexibility with occasional global collaboration requirements
      • Access to professional development resources and learning platforms
      • Inclusive and collaborative work environment focused on innovation and continuous growth
