Summary of Role:
This position will report to the Associate Director, Enterprise Identity Management in the Identity & Access Management organization. This individual will manage AD the tools team and work with various vendors and stakeholders to help drive enterprise wide solutions. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining RTX's Active Directory support tools inclusive of triage/support, certification campaigns, lifecycle management, and application onboarding using various ootb or custom solutions. Further responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, documenting processes and procedures, and acting as a SME on program / project calls.
Responsibilities:
Manage source code and build activities
Oversee install, customization, configuration, and support of Active Directory support and governance tools
Develop custom reports and connectors (as needed)
Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and assist with the creation of test scripts
Lead and participate in projects that require IAM team involvement
Identify and communicate risks and issues and provide recommendations on potential fixes
Oversee production releases
Provide reporting to internal and external audit as required
Monitor delivery against SLAs
Develop and reports metrics to IAM leadership
Oversee run support and ensure daily processes are in place to maintain an efficient platform
Review solutions to ensure new and existing integrations are implemented to best practice and security standards
Drive intake and fulfillment of bugs, fixes, and enhancements
Champion problem management best practices, drive and document root cause resolution to reduce future incidents in collaboration with vendors / implementation partners
Participate in production support for any Sev 1 / Sev 2 incidents
Participate in on call work
Years of Experience:
5+ years of Active Directory experience preferred
5+ years of Azure Cloud Identity experience preferred
5+ years of business systems analysis experience, design experience, or a combination of both preferred
5+ years of information technology experience preferred
Minimum 4 years with IT security with emphasis on hybrid on-premises/cloud technology stacks preferred
Education:
Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing IAM operations with people management skills
Knowledge in scripting (PowerShell, SQL, access, excel) and data mapping
Solid understanding of Active Directory
Good understanding of IAM principles.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written and presentation skills required.
Team player with proven collaboration, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience with PowerPoint, and other Microsoft products such as Excel, required.
Ability to prioritize work without management direction, and provide clear and documented status updates/metrics to management.
Must have the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts, capabilities or tools based on the needs.
Ability to troubleshoot complex problems with minimal guidance.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with capturing server memory dumps
Familiarity with capturing and analyzing network packet captures
Experience designing and executing Active Directory backup and recovery
Experience with SOX compliance and related access controls a plus
Other Desired Skills: One Identity Active Roles, Quest GPOADmin, Microsoft ESAE (Red forest)
