What you’ll do:

The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & Automation will execute impactful demand generation campaigns and programs to achieve pipeline goals across prioritized markets and target segments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Marketing Automation (HubSpot), Digital Marketing, Marketing Program Execution, A/B Testing, Marketing Analytics and Operations. As an expert digital marketer, you will leverage your knowledge to bring an understanding of best practices and tools while providing data-driven insights and analytical viewpoints to assist in campaign strategy. 

The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & Automation will report directly to the Senior Director of Growth & Experience Marketing and will work collaboratively with Marketing Leadership, Corporate Communications & Events, Provider Growth, New Business Development, Clinical Leaders, Operations and Technology to execute on strategic objectives.

How you can make a difference:

  • Define, build, and execute best-in-class marketing automation programs, processes and SOP’s from end to end including ideation, work product design, setup, build, QA and implementation.
  • Design and develop road maps, playbooks, and customer journeys for integrated omni-channel campaigns. Capture business use case/requirements and socialize with appropriate stakeholders for approval and implementation.
  • Measure campaign results and make actionable recommendations, optimizing tactics and workflows based on performance.
  • Establish A/B and Multivariate testing frameworks and apply learnings to drive efficiencies at scale.
  • Segment and leverage marketing database to effectively impact campaigns while serving as data governance (completeness and hygiene) steward, including ownership of segmentation modeling.
  • Interface directly with external vendors and internal technology partners to drive and support agreed-upon programs and initiatives.
  • Develop, manage, and deliver full funnel campaign reporting, dashboards and scorecards including recommendations for improving engagement results, ROI and the customer experience.
  • Own website content management and on-page optimization of page titles, meta descriptions, text headers, URLs, image alt-text and internal links.

Experience to drive change:

  • 6+ years in a digital marketing role, preferably in a healthcare or enterprise software company.
  • Marketing Automation and Salesforce CRM experience required. HubSpot is strongly desired! Candidates with experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo Engage or Eloqua may be considered.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching, testing, managing, and tracking marketing campaigns that drive pipeline.
  • Demonstrable experience working in a metrics-oriented marketing environment; comfortable with analytics and KPI’s.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing, account-based marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, lead conversion and nurture programs.
  • Demonstrable experience with a wide range of marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Programmatic, Paid Social), attribution and tracking/measurement tools. 
  • Proficient in email template design best practices, knowledge of HTML or CSS a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, particularly with technical and creative projects. Knowledge of agile methodology and framework is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong presenter and visual storyteller.
  • Self-learner who continually seeks out knowledge of digital marketing and automation best practices.
  • Highly adaptive to change and new ideas. Acts with initiative, inclusivity, compassion, and accountability.

For Colorado Residents only: The target hiring compensation range for this role is $94,000.00 to $117,000.00. At VillageMD, compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. This role may be eligible for annual/quarterly bonus incentives (if applicable), and the selected candidate will be eligible for a valuable company benefits plan, including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and access to a 401k plan with company match.
