Senior Manager, Enablement
Job Description

Our Enablement team is responsible for training a number of SeatGeek product users across our internal teams, operations partners, and client organizations. In this role, you’ll be managing our team of product trainers, ensuring they deliver consistent, high quality training courses and programs.Â
You will sit on the Marketplace Operations Enablement team and report directly to the Director of Enablement, working closely with Client Services, Customer Support, Operations, and Product leaders across the SeatGeek business.
What you'll do
- Lead your team to effectively educate and empower our fans, rightsholders, and the SeatGeek team to use our products and tools successfully
- Manage scoping, resourcing, and delivery of learning content and training programs that support enablement of SeatGeek team, clients, fans, and sellers
- Implement improvements to quality of training programs, supporting transition to effective digital learning
- Facilitate change communications and enablement activities supporting ongoing changes to our products and featuresÂ
- Be a strong, passionate people manager focused on supporting and growing your employees
- Contribute to resolving complex business and operational challenges, and supporting those with quality enablementÂ
- Own enablement initiatives, projects, and process improvements that improve the effectiveness, quality, and efficiency of our services
- Partner with business leaders to identify and meet the various enablement needs of the SeatGeek organization
What you have
- 7+ years experience working with technology enablement activities for a variety of different personas, including experience with B2B SaaS software enablementÂ
- 5+ Years experience in a people management role, managing a global and distributed team
- Experience designing, implementing, and delivering client and internal training programs at scale
- Experience developing software certification programsÂ
- Experience working in complex, customizable SaaS productsÂ
- Experience in scaling a services organization by leveraging opportunities for knowledge sharing, distribution, and educationÂ
- Experience in the Ticketing Industry is a plusÂ
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed, typically once per quarter

The salary range for this role is $112,000 - $172,000. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
