Senior Manager, Financial Analysis (Remote)

Full time, (Home Based) US

As part of BCD Travel's consulting group, Advito, the Senior Manager Business Analysis will join the global revenue and resources team in supporting the division's achievement of financial and other targets. This individual will be responsible for key business analytics, project pricing and advice, and will support the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes. This team member will partner with our Talent Acquisition and HR teams to manage the requisition portion of the talent acquisition process for the consulting organization and will be involved in compensation-related initiatives. This is a new position created to further enhance our analytically supported financial decisions.

As aSenior Manager, Financial Analysis, you will

• Continue, enhance and develop analytics to drive our business forward
• Support the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process
• Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition on the requisition portion of the talent acquisition process
• Manage/create/enhance practice pricing models to optimize project pricing in the marketplace
• Participate in conversations, analytics and decisions related to all facets of the consulting organization
• Educate leaders on financial metric application to business decisions
• Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and identify areas of improvement that will drive financial improvement
• Participate in a wide variety of special projects and evaluate new business recommendations
• Regularly measure and improve results
• Identify threats and opportunities
• Occasional travel, possibly global

• Past experience in a creative fast-moving environment
• Examples of executing as a well-organized, trusted financial leader and advisor
• Experience handling confidential information
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ability and interest in partnering across various departments and levels
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong general business knowledge and interest
• Confidence in sharing recommendations supported by data
• Well-developed problem solving and decision-making capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent command of English language

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Manager, Business Analysis is between $80 000 and $94 000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
