Senior Manager, Fintech Product Strategy

The Senior Manager of Fintech Product Strategy is an integral, highly-visible role contributing to the overall success of ServiceTitan's embedded finance products. The strategist will focus on the future of embedded finance for the company and will be responsible for partnering with product leads to drive continued expansion of our Fintech solutions.This role will evaluate, manage, and optimize new/existing Fintech initiatives that create immense value to our customers through new products, while also driving meaningful business for ServiceTitan. This individual should have a background in management consulting, product strategy, and/or product development.
What you'll do:

• Identify, evaluate, drive, and manage new product strategy initiatives focused on Fintech opportunities (e.g. payments, financing, lending, banking, etc.)
• Partner with product leadership to develop long term strategies for Fintech at ServiceTitan
• Develop and optimize business cases with ongoing analyses (quantitative & qualitative), customer validation takeaways, recommendations, etc.
• Define scope, requirements, and go-to-market strategy to launch new products
• Collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Operations) to develop and validate solutions to solve problems in the embedded finance space
• Research and arm internal teams with business landscape knowledge of competitors, insights, and trends
• Conduct interviews, surveys, and research to develop in depth understanding of our customers and how embedded finance can solve their biggest challenges

What you'll need:

• 5+ years of work experience in management consulting, product strategy, or a similar role driving new growth initiatives cross-functionally
• 3+ years experience in Financial Services and Software/SaaS, specifically in Fintech is preferred
• Experience in B2B technology
• Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis (high proficiency with Excel and financial model)
• Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans
• Comfort with ambiguity in a dynamic working environment; know how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast
• Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $137,000 - $196,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
