The Mission Systems Consolidations finance team has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team.

The effective candidate will be a key team member, requiring clear communication, cross-functional relationships, and collaboration to ensure the accuracy of our financial forecasting. This includes successful implementation of monthly financial close and consolidation, forecasting, analysis, and recommendations to support administration recommendations to leadership.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Review and assist in generating content for weekly, monthly and ah-hoc financial reports
  • Assist in the development of monthly forecasts and review packages for financial reviews
  • Assist in collecting data for Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Planning (LRP), Forecast development
  • Work closely with portfolio teams in collecting detailed monthly variances against Bookings, Sales, Profit and Cash
  • Work closely with accounting to provide weekly & monthly status on invoices and receipts, and prepare reports to provide to administration
  • Continuously look for ways to improve current processes and support continuous improvement activities across the organization
  • Support internal and external audit requests
  • Present analysis, results, and findings to senior leadership

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience OR
  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience OR
  • In absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is required
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous FP&A and program controls experience preferred
  • Previous experience with SAP, HFM, HP, FACT preferred
  • Excellent personal computer skills including a high level of proficiency with MS Office products (Excel, word and PowerPoint)
  • Previous FP&A, Financial Analyst or Business-related experience
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex data to a diverse audience
  • Ability to flexibly work in a dynamic and changing environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines
  • Self-guided and self-motivated
